DELIVERY POLICY

Local Delivery

Delivery is considered complete and fulfilled when our driver:

• Leaves the order with the recipient
• Leaves the order with another person at the location
• Leaves the order at the residence, business, or property

All delivery decisions are made at the driver’s discretion based on safety and reasonable judgment.

We are not responsible for:

• Theft after delivery
• Weather damage after delivery
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Inaccessible locations

If re-delivery is required due to incorrect information, additional fees may apply.

Delivery Timing

• Delivery times are estimates only
• We do not guarantee specific delivery times
• High-volume holidays (e.g., Mother’s Day) may result in extended delivery windows

Shipping (If Applicable)

For shipped orders:

• Responsibility transfers once the order is given to the shipping carrier
• We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss after carrier transfer
