Refund & Replacement Policy

At Expressions of Love Florist, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements and gifts. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, the following policy applies.


Fresh Flowers & Perishable Items

All floral arrangements, plants, and perishable items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us—we are committed to making it right.


Damages, Quality Issues, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Not as expected

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the arrangement

Approved resolutions may include:

  • Replacement of the arrangement, or
  • Store credit

Delivery Conditions

If no one is available at the delivery location:

  • The arrangement may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion

Once delivery is completed, Expressions of Love Florist is not responsible for:

  • Damage due to weather conditions (heat, cold, sunlight)
  • Delays in retrieval
  • Theft

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders may be canceled or modified with at least 24–48 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date
  • Orders that have already been prepared, designed, or are out for delivery cannot be canceled or refunded

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Fresh flowers and perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized arrangements
  • Same-day or rush orders
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Non-Perishable Items (If Applicable)

For non-perishable items (such as vases or gift items):

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
